I recently discovered my parents Kodak Colorburst 50 Instant Camera dating from the early 1980s. I found out that its still in perfectly working order and only requires whats known as a ‘film pack’ film and batteries to work again. They also have a Polaroid Land Camera Supercolor 600 ! Do you still get Polaroid films made for these cameras and where could I buy them ? Please people, I recently started studying photography and my Polaroids could come in handy some or other time ! I would love to get some informative answers on this !

Beginning back in 1976, Eastman Kodak developed a camera that could take a picture and within a minute, develop the photo. Sound familiar? The Polaroid Corp thought so too. After 10 years of litigation, Polaroid won the lawsuit. When the decision was announced, all the TV stations went out after the story, including the local CBS affiliate, Ch 6 in Orlando, FL. At the time, I was running a family-owned camera store (Frank’s Photo) and Ch 6 interviewed me about the reaction. This is a clip from the 11pm newscast. Recorded: January 8, 1986
