So I have a lot of these polariods, one in particular is the Polaroid 450 and I know how to open that one. This model however is different and I have film in it but in order to take pictures, it first has to get opened. So how in the world do I do that? Please help if you know anything about polaroid antique cameras!

Well yesterday I went to a thrift store with my friend and found this camera. It’s missing the flash and that’s it I was wondering where I could possibly buy one in LA,CA and when this camera was made ? Thanks !!
Keep in mind, this camera is from 1963, so I assume film availability is scarce.
I need to know what types of film can still be purchased that are compatible with it.
Also, if anyone could suggest where to find batteries?
This is what the camera looks like:

And this is what I would like the developed pictures to appear as:

or:

through the viewfinder i see an arrow that can point at:

3 1/2
but let’s say i point it at my subject who’s exactly 3 1/2 feet away it still comes out blurry…am i focusing wrong? how do you focus?
I recently purchased the Polaroid Automatic 210 Land Camera, and I’ve been looking for film that is compatible with it. I have found that 600 film is NOT compatible, but 664, 665, 667, 669, and 690 film packs are. I’ve looked these packs up, and the 664 is really the only one I can find, but all has expired exactly as I predicted. So I”m wondering if there isn’t a 3rd party company or another pack of Polaroid film that is compatible with my model of camera. Thanks.
just got one and was wondering how do you fold it back up?
I recently bought a Polaroid 100 Automatic Land Camera. I got a new battery for and the shutter does open. My only concern is that the shutter stays open for at least three seconds if I am holding down the shutter button. I do know their is a setting for taking pictures that needs a longer exposure time. But, if I want to take a regular picture in a setting with sufficient lighting, am I just supposed to press the shutter button (for the shutter to open) and then lift it right away (for it to close)?…… Thanks
