Thank you for this video! I’m considering getting a Diana and can’t decide on getting either the 35 mm back or the instant..I can’t afford both at the moment aha what would you reccommend for a first timer?(:

If you want to take pinhole pictures set the shutter speed to b and then take a pictures for at least a couple of seconds up to minutes depending on the light situation.
If you want to use the diana flash put a paper tissue in front of the flash and use it as a diffusor.
Oh and as far as taking it out into the world… I find it a bit cumbersom and would prefer the Fuji Mini Poloroid instead. That being said I do go out w my Blackbird Fly so who knows. I have 2 fisheye

hi, please answer this… i’m thinking of buying one of these cameras from urban outfitters but i’m so confused.. yours is instant back and it looks the exact same as the one on urban outfitters but the one on there doesn’t say in the description that it is instant back?? is yours a special type? also do i have to buy the film on urban outfitters if i just have a normal non instant back one, or can i buy it from normal shops? thaaaanks xxxxx

Thx for all the tips & advices! really usefull.. I have heard a lot of bad comments about the instant back, but now I know why… it’s because they don’t know how to use it! maybe someday i’ll buy one
turn on the flash, use the n setting, and only use bulb at night or with a seprate non synced flash (oldschool flash method) or when shooting pinhole with a calculated exposure of over 1 sec.
