The recording of the song was done at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson. Dan Fouliard made a sign that said “HOG” out of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. The Chorus of the song corresponds with the “Piglet Polaroid Picture Mural”. It measures 11′ X 3′3″ and is made from 102 Polaroid pictures of people wearing hog snouts. Dan received honorable mentions for the “HOG Cadence” music video in our Show Us Your HOG contest.

The Polaroad Project’s intention is to share the magic of instant photography with children in Africa for the first time. To share it with children that have never seen their lives reflected in a photograph. On the 27th of February of 2012, the Polaroad Project will depart from Barcelona with the goal of reaching Capetown, South Africa four months later. The Polaroad Project has challenged itself to deliver the maximum number of instant Polaroid smiles throughout the entire continent in an incredible121 day-long adventure in a 4×4. Each photograph that will be given away will directly contribute to the cause of bringing potable water access to the impoverished areas of Africa. Sadly, 1 out of 8 people live without access to life’s most basic necessity, water. To be able to give out instant Polaroid smiles, 1 euro from each donation will be used to finance the purchase of Polaroid film. The rest of each donation will go directly to a Water Project that will build a water well that will provide clean and potable water to approximately 1000 people. At the Polaroad Project, we believe that through photography and your collaboration, we can significantly aid those African countries that suffer due to the lack of access to clean water. At the end of the adventure, the best images from the trip will be published in a book …
